Member access: 5am - 9pm (Monday - Sunday)

Office Hours: 1pm - 9pm ( Monday - Thursday) 1pm - 5pm (Friday)

Outside of these hours by appointment only

 

We offer a range of classes from the TRIBE TEAM TRAINING franchise and have developed some new and exciting programmes that are completely unique to Pro-Fit.
